Punt Digital Design processes personal data that you actively provide, by using our services and/or by providing it yourself via the contact form or email.

The data we process includes:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (if provided)
  • Company name (if provided)
  • The content of your message

Why do we process your data?

Punt Digital Design processes your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Responding to your contact request or quote enquiry
  • Executing a service agreement
  • Sending invoices and maintaining financial records

We do not process personal data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Legal basis for processing

We process your data on the basis of:

  • Performance of a contract - when you hire us for a project
  • Legitimate interest - for responding to contact requests
  • Legal obligation - for fiscal record-keeping (invoices 7 years)

How long do we retain your data?

Punt Digital Design does not retain your personal data longer than strictly necessary:

  • Contact form messages: maximum 1 year after last contact
  • Client data and invoices: 7 years (statutory retention requirement)

Sharing with third parties

Punt Digital Design does not sell your data to third parties. We only share data with third parties where necessary for the execution of our agreement or to comply with a legal obligation.

We use the following processors:

  • Google Analytics 4 - for anonymised website statistics (no personal data)
  • Google Fonts - for loading typefaces (technical connection to Google servers)

Punt Digital Design takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access and unauthorised modification. The website uses a secure connection (HTTPS).
